Yea, you got it. It's just that for some people, their keys haven't updated to show they've got the BMP. Nothing to worry about for you

Yeah, I haven't got mine, I mailed support and quoted the purchase number you're given when you buy stuff from the store, hopefully my problem will be resolved soon

I fully expect my account to be authorised for this bonus mission pack, if i have to contact support for it, im going to be extremely mad

, i bought GWEN from the online store just for this mission pack, i had to pay more then i would have and didnt get the box as well. My account isnt authorised for it atm but ill wait and see what happens.

I also purchased GW:EN from the online store, yet it still does not register that I quilified for the BMP. Hopefully in the next update it will, I hope I do not have to go through support and fight for it, I will be extremely pissed off if I have too.

Only purchase made between "noon Pacific Time on July 5, 2007" and "noon Pacific Time on October 31, 2007".

Clarification: does the time requirement apply to both the PlayNC store and the in-game store? In other words, do upgrades like character slots purchased from within the game client before July 5 remain ignored?
